“This is our biggest show ever,” said Lake Chelan Chamber Director Michael Steel. “We had 141 entries in the car show.” It was the 10th annual Cruizin’ Chelan Classic Car Show.
Couple the car show that took over Woodin Avenue with the BBQ competition on South Emerson Street, and Chelan was hopping all day long with visitors and locals enjoying the cars and eating a variety of barbecued meet or drinking beer in the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce’s beer garden.
There were a number of cars that were attracting a lot of attention. A Ferrari F430 convertible (MSRP $178,000 to $216,000 depending on dealer options) had people ‘ooing and ahhing’ all day.
