“It is difficult to pass by a Terry MacDonald booth and not step inside. If it isn’t the vibrant artwork, then it is her vibrant personality,” said Ronna Currier, President of the Lake Chelan Arts Council.

Terry MacDonald will be just one of the talented artisits who will be displaying her work at the 2017 Creative Arts Festival which will be held at Riverwalk Park in Chelan on August 19 – 20.

Terry considers her art “happy art” and she says that her greatest joy is to make someone smile. Currier explained that Terry creates her whimsical art with bold colors and strokes. “She easily conveys her love for birds, animals and flowers in an impressionistic manner.”

As Terry continued to develop her art, she moved into more mixed media and abstract work. “Great artists like Terry continues to learn from others, teach others and continues to grow,” Currier said.

Terry has been a supporter of the Lake Chelan Arts Council and the Creative Arts Festival. “We are honored that she chooses to make us one of the few shows that she participates in during the year,” Currier said.

Look for Terry MacDonald at the Creative Arts Festival hosted by the Lake Chelan Arts Council on August 19 – 20 in Chelan. Stop in her booth and enjoy her and her friendly, upbeat attitude and her art. The Lake Chelan Arts Council is also in Partnership with the Rustique Diva’s that puts on Vintage shows throughout the year.
