Ric and Kelsey Chavez, owners of Rio Vista at the Cabin in Manson, purchased the Cabin two and a half years ago, and have been working hard to make it a successful Manson business in the downtown core. Part of their long term plan was to add a building where they would serve great coffee.

Finally, on August 8, 2017, their dream became reality as they held the Grand Opening of The Coffee Cabin. The building sits in front of the Cabin tasting room and has the same look. Lake Chelan Building Supply built the coffee shop, and it was moved to its current location at 224 E. Wapato Way, Manson, WA.

The Coffee Cabin features Cafe D’Arte coffee from Seattle. The couple chose it for its great reviews. Ric and Kelsey are working through one more hurdle to make The Coffee Cabin a drive through, but for now guests can find a place to park and place their orders. Guests can take their coffee to-go or sit at one of the many tables in the area.

“We have a great crew of baristas with Kristiane our manager. She will be assisted with Karen and Kendra,” Kelsey said. “We will soon have a dedicated phone so you can call ahead with your order.”

Coffee is served from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. seven days a week. The Manson Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome another business to the community and wishes them huge success.
