And a check last week at Chelan and Manson Schools showed that both Districts had only a few days that required reporting to the Chelan-Douglas Health District.
State law requires school district's to report when 'Absentee Rates' reach 10%.
Both Chelan and Manson Districts have 'FREE IMMUNIZATION' for the entire schools planned soon.
In Manson, information was sent home recently with students about the mid-November school based immunizations. That same information will be available during the upcoming parent-teacher conferences that are scheduled this month ahead of the immunization date.
In Chelan, Supt of Schools Jim Busey tells us that the 'Lake Chelan District' information will be sent home with students and mailed to parent and will detail the District's November Immunization Plans.
