This October, the Lake Chelan Wine Valley is celebrating another Harvest and Crush! The fall season at Lake Chelan is gorgeous with brilliant sunshine, spectacular color and the smell of freshly fallen leaves.
Enjoy the Lake Chelan Valley in back-to-back weekends as we celebrate 2017 Lake Chelan Crush Festival Oct. 7-8 and Oct. 14-15. The barrel room doors swing wide open at area wineries, and the work in the vineyards comes to the crush pad.
Come taste, stomp and dance. Watch the grapes tumble through the press and taste the raw juice that it produces. Get the inside scoop from the cellar master or wine maker on how the wine will taste come bottling time. Enjoy a harvest party or a winemaker dinner and share in the experience of harvest season.
Come enjoy complimentary wine tasting, live music and a view. Check out our Estate Grape display and go on a self-guided Harvest tour.
Come see crush in action at Cairdeas Winery. We will be de-stemming grapes or pressing off new wines into barrel so you can see (and taste) what happens behind the scenes in our production facility. Sample the wine grapes and try what a one week old wine tastes like. Also come and check out our new 6,000-pound concrete egg wine tank!
