“We could not be more proud of how our young ladies played today in the playoffs,” Coach Jeff Barker said. “They played great defense with only two errors in 14 innings, and Talor Sams and Leanna Garfoot were outstanding in the circle for us all day. We faced the best two pitchers in the league and we struggled a bit offensively. When we hit the ball hard it was right at somebody. Some times it just goes that way and some great pitching just shut us down today. Our girls should be very proud of how they represented Chelan. Thanks for a great season!”
